Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Umbrella

  Securely place the umbrella in its original protective sleeve and packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
